Advanced Placement

San Lorenzo High School offers Advanced Placement (AP) classes in the following subject areas: English, U.S. History, Government, Chemistry, Spanish, and Calculus. Students are encouraged to take the Advanced Placement Exam following the completion of the class. While there is an examination fee, students who earn a score of 3, 4, or 5 will usually earn credits at the college or university that they attend. (Each university determines the score that they will accept). This program is designed for those students who desire challenge as well as possess good study habits.
