California Scholarship Federation

San Lorenzo High School Chapter 454

What is CSF?

The California Scholarship Federation (CSF) is the oldest and most prestigious academic honors club recognized in California. Qualifying for membership is on a semester basis following a point system which requires A's and B's in the most difficult classes. To become a lifetime member (a.k.a. Sealbearer), students must have qualified for 4+ semesters during their last 3 years of high school, including one semester in the senior year.

What do I get out of being in CSF?

Along with using your CSF membership on college applications and resumes, students will have opportunities to earn scholarships, certificates, gold cords, stoles, pins and more. CSF students also staff the After School Library Study Center Peer Tutoring Program.
